Prior to real estate, Jing honed her sales and marketing skills in the international fashion trading industry and brand management for over two decades. She worked with the world's largest supply chain company Li and Fung Group. Her experience included working with celebrity brands such as Anna Sui, Jason Wu, Zac Posen, and Alexander McQueen. She also formed her own firm to supply fashion products to Bloomingdales and Disney Land.

Jing has a Master’s Degree in Global Fashion Management, with a concentration in consumer behavior from the Fashion Institution of Technology.
